A Rule of Man and the laws of God never Changes
The Ten
Commandments is very dear and close to the heart of Jesus as it had come from
the Father Himself. Jesus loved His Father. He obeyed His Father all the time
irrespective of circumstances. For Jesus, spiritually speaking, love means
obedience to the Father. Jesus submitted His will and lived for God’s Will. He
wanted to uphold the Law and its spirit. He wanted to breathe a New Spirit into
the Law hitherto as God-breathed His spirit in Man and Man came alive. The new
Moses, Jesus breathed his love into the law and the Spirit of the Law came to
effect during Jesus’ period. Jesus is not only for the law but ensured that the
Spirit of the Law that is love is upheld all the time.
In
Mathew 5:17-18, Jesus himself said,
"Do
not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come
to abolish them but to fulfil them. For I tell you truly, until heaven and
earth pass away, not a single jot, not a stroke of a pen, will disappear from
the Law until everything is accomplished.”
What is God's law?
One
must understand that there are three kinds of laws God deals with, in His
Bible.
First,
God’s moral law.
It is here that the Ten Commandments finds its place. The Moral law that stands
on its own throughout the Universe. This moral law helps humanity to
differentiate between good and evil. Nine of the Ten Commandments are
recognised as the unchanging moral law of God in the New Testament and all over
the World as well. Only the Sabbath law of the Ten Commandments is rescinded
under the New Covenant.
Second,
Civil laws. These were specifically given for the
culture of the Israelites, which includes everything from murder to restitution
and dietary restrictions.
Third,
Ceremonial laws.
It mostly deals with rituals, precedents and traditional rites. The current
Canon Law is heavily dependent on the ceremonial laws found in Leviticus.
Therefore,
the Ten Commandments are a series of religious and moral imperatives that are
recognised as a moral foundation in several of the Abrahamic religions,
including Catholicism. According to the basic catechism, The Commandments are
considered essential for spiritual good health and growth and serve as the
basis for the Catholic Social teaching. The Catholic Church encourages its
believers to review the Commandments effectively for the examination of
conscience before receiving the sacrament of Penance.
Before
the law came into existence, there was a rule of man.
What does the rule of man mean?
Rule of
man is the absence of the rule of law. Rule of man is a rebounded society,
meaning rules change from ruler to ruler. The Sovereign exercises absolute
authority and is not bound by any law, he as a person exists outside the law.
This is
also called the law of Conscience. It is a moral sense or
that capacity of our mental constitution, by which we irresistibly feel the
difference between right and wrong. Rulers may change and the Government may
change. Along with the Government, rules may change but Conscience does not
change. Therefore, the Sovereign exercises
absolute authority through conscience or Soul. It is not bound by any law. It
exists outside the law as God exists outside the law.
Change is the key for Spiritual life
'Master,
I've been listening to your lectures for years," a student said during the
question and answer time following a lecture, "but I just don't
understand. Could you just please put it, in a nutshell, all your teaching? Can
you reduce Buddhism to one phrase?"
Everyone
laughed. Master also laughed.
"Everything
changes," he said.
Yes,
dear friends, everything changes in this world but not God. Therefore, all the
laws that govern the world changes but not the law of God and not the rule of
Man, that is your conscience. So dear friend change to embrace God’s law that
is written in your soul.

I have learned from your blog, that conscience plays a vital role so,we need to follow it to abide with God's law and commandments, definitely I will abide with Jesus, AMEN.-𝑳𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒚
